1. Definitions
“Service” refers to the Pluto Financials website, platform and API.
“User” or “you” refers to anyone accessing or using the Service.
“Client” refers to organisations using our scoring or analytics services.
2. Service Description
Pluto Financials provides AI-driven credit scoring and analytics tools to regulated financial institutions and fintechs. Access may require a subscription or agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities
- Reverse-engineer, modify or interfere with the platform
- Attempt unauthorised access to data, systems or accounts
4. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are outlined in separate commercial agreements or subscription plans. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of access.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks and data models are owned by Pluto Financials or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information shared during engagement, except as required by law or consent.
8. Data Protection
We process client and end-user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws (NDPR/GDPR). Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful collection and transfer of any data shared with us.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pluto Financials is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed fees paid for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if users breach these terms. Clients may terminate in line with their agreement or applicable notice period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration under Nigerian law.
